这里的time表示时间
in time 在时间之内（及时）
in this time 在这个时候 ,是表示的某一段时间!

我知道啊老师问的是 this that 前不是不能用介词吗？那为什么in this time 却可以用in ?

出现before或者after这些介词前面不能用on,in,at这些介词，但有that,this后加具体时间段或时间点时可以加! 比如整天说的on this day on that day

具体语境不同，会有变化：
表达 this time tomorrow 明天的这时，此类结构中，【不加介词】；
In this time在这个时候
In this time of fear在害怕的时候；当你恐惧时；
in this time= in this period of time在这一时期/段
=at this mom...
