我是做外贸的,常常会和外国客人有邮件往来,我英语底子差,大致意思是这样的.客人本来要找的是部门一的,但是却联系到了我们部门2,开始我们不知道这个客人要找的是部门一的,所以寄了布片给她,他很喜欢,要我们做样品,现在我们才知道他本来要找的是部门一的,但是我们希望能继续和他合作,所以我要怎么跟解释呢.大致是这样表达,很高兴你能喜欢我们的布片,但是我们是二部的,而你本来要联系的是一部的,无论如何我们都希望能够继续和你合作.
