我觉得填was done就可以了.可是选项里没有,我糊涂了.

be + 不定式表将来,而hold “召开” 和meeting “会议” 之间为被动关系,所以不定式用被动式
从句意看应该是“过去将来时”而不是一般过去时,所以不可能是was done,而应该是 would be done 或者 was to be done
