本句意为“我打扰到你了吗?”当然是正在进行时,别人正在做某事,你打扰到别人时说的话,肯定是我现在打扰到你了吗,对吧.do I 是一般现在时,应该有学过,这种事态表示一直、经常发生的事,或者是人们都认可的公理,比如“The Earth turns around the Sun.”显然,打扰别人是偶尔一次两次的事,不可能常常发生.还有,谁说瞬间动词没有进行时的,比如leave“The train is leaving.”,jump"I am jumping.",只是没有完成时.

那比如 i am giving him a book 表示 我现在再给他一本书 he is handing a hammer to her现在他在递给他一个锤子
i am giving him a book 应该是I gave him a book.因为你给说这句话的时候，已经把书给他了，下一句同理
am i interrupting you 应该是 do i interrupt you 因为你说这句的时候已经打扰他了
