还是我来讲的简单些吧、we are looking for 是修饰the person 的.就是所谓的定语.去了不影响句子的独立性.
will live 和work是谓语.
可以加that：the person（that） we are looking for will live in shanghai and work in our office.
翻译：我们正在找的那个人,将会住在上海,并且在我们公司工作.
