I want to have a strong bady,so i make two plan for it.The plan A is running for one hour everyday,and the distants at least 1 kilometer,i think i will have strong leg by running.The plan B is lifting heavy things for half one hour everyday,and the weight at least 5 kilo,i think i will have strong arm by lifting.i will start the plan at tomorrow.
