假设基准年的GDP是1,计算出今年的GDP,比上基准年的GDP,再减去1,就是CPI
今年的GDP就是那些有增长的商品今年的GDP+没增长商品去年的GDP
今年的GDP=∑1*商品权重*（1+增长率）+（1-∑商品权重）*1
