1.The emoluments we can offer you are made of:
- Fixed salary:2000 RMB / month (salary before tax & welfare):
- Variable salary:1000 RMB / month.
- Annual bonus (extra):1-4 month salary
The Variable salary 1000 RMB / month are divided in 3 parts (see attached model of assessment for account assistant):
1) 15% of this amount depends on your working attitude (15% x 1000 = 150 RMB);
2) 70% of 85% of it solely depends on you to fulfill your obligations and compulsory tasks (aprox.595 RMB);
3) 30% of 85% of it depends on you to achieve the goals and objectives that you and us fix in advance (aprox.255 RMB).
Normally,bonus will be paid once a year.It will depend on your performance compared to the company's own.
2.Monthly salary during trial period (salary before tax):
RMB 2600/month before tax & welfare.
3.Trial period:2 months;
4.Welfare & house fund:covered (company will pay company part and employee will pay his/her own part);
5.Lunch Subsidy:RMB12/working day;
6.Travel opportunities if you are good.
