Yes,if the three lines are in a surface,AB and CD parallel to each other.Because BC ⊥ AB,BC ⊥ CD,so it is a rectangle,so AB and CD parallel to each other.
If the three lines are not in a surface,AB and CD not parallel to each other.

不一定平行，如果三条直线在一个平面内，AB和CD是平行的，如果三条线不在同一平面内则是不平行的。
