Dear Manager,
I am writing to complain about your Mobile PhoneSQ200 which I bought one week ago in your No.1 Department.
I did not break it and always use it according to your user booklet.But to my surprise,it could not send Short Messages now,I found the camera also stopped working.
It disspointed me so much.Though the model is with attactive apperence,I have lost my confidence in its quality.
I wish you could change a new one for me,if it is more expensive than the one I bought,I would pay extra money.
I will come to you on your soonest reply to discuss about the issue.
