这个英文投诉信怎么写?王华在第一百货商店买了一部SQ200的手机,使用不久后就不能发短信和照相了,希望第一百货商店可以换

I am very sad to writer a letter to you , but I have no ways.
three days ago, I bought an beautiful cellphone from your store .as saying "looking well,useing bad." Since I use your cellphone, I found it can not satisfised my idears because when I saw something lucky and want to take a photo in case to give my a good dream . what's worse, It can't sent a simplem message ,espescially when I have to keep in touch with my friends but calling is very expensive .
In base to this , I think I must to tell you . my thougt is back to you or exchange in someday.
