Dear manaager,
(第1段)The goods I ordered from your department should have the functions of taking photos and sending messages.But the SQ200 didn't work.
(第2段)Needless to say,the lack of functions has put me to great inconvenience.It is,therefore,imperative that dispatch the SQ200 cell phone immediately.Otherwise,I shall be obliged to cannel the order or change the goods with other ones.
