Dear manager,
I am Li Ming.I feel bad to trouble you but I am afraid that I have to make a complaint about the mobile phone(SQ200) that I bought two days ago.
The reason for my dissatisfaction is that this mobile phone almost lost its functions after only two days of using.In the first place,it can't take photos.In addition,it can't even send any messages.Under these circumstances,I find it very necessary to tell you these problems.
I appreciate it very much if you could change a new one,preferably return all the money back to me,and I would like to have this matter settled by this month since I have something important to deal with through the mobile phone next month.
