Have you read the announcement at the top of whichever forum you're trying to post a thread in?If not,you can do so here:
It's all explained in there.Basically:
- New users after activating their accounts cannot create threads for 48 hours,but they can still create posts in existing threads.
- New users cannot create threads or posts in the MLG General Discussion forum until they have been a member of the forums for 30 days or have made 100 posts.
