A is divided by B
E.g.A= 20,B=5 A is divided by B the answer will be 4.(20/5)
The answers are called Quotient and the remainder (for integer division).
E.g.14/3,quotient is 4,remainder is 2.Of course,it could be 4.66667 for floating point number.

可以想到，devide是分割的意思。用被动，则表示被分。所以，是: A被B分。故为，A除以B.
