The most crucial problem is that men are generally less corporative than women.Typical men may believe that one can lead the team and make decisions without communicate with their teammates as long as he/she has the ability of a good leader.Woman,on the other hand,are more willing to discuss and share ideas with teammates as well as find out the consensuses in order to convince the opponents.The characteristics are quite different,even opposite.Therefore,it often leads to disaster when both parties need to work together.Issues typically occurred while they loses the spirit of teamwork.Dictatorship is a hindrance to the success of teamwork.Helpful suggestions and comments may be ignored,while nothing is done in order to improve the situation.
