Outside the door stand several rose bushes.这句话是完全倒装,正常语序是 Several rose bushes stand outside the door.
答案之所以选stand可能是因为作者用一般现在时,想表达的是一种长时间以来一直存在的一种状态,而不仅仅是用进行时态表示的目前这种状态.
不过对于正确答案来说,在are standing和stand两种答案都存在的情况下,只选stand有些牵强.你觉得呢?
