选A，把says 换成 means你就能理解了嗯，我也是选A的，可是我在网上看到有人说“选D。此句也可说成 It is said that a red sky in the morning is a sign of bad weather.”，希望您能帮我解释一下D为什么是错的。。。我说错了，是选D，says to be 这种用法是不成立的。而换成is said to be就很好解释了
