本文研究了番茄晚疫病菌在15% T-Rye,Oat,PDA这3种培养基上的扩繁效果,同时应用晚疫病生理小种1,3,4,7,9不同浓度的孢子囊悬浮液对番茄苗期叶片和离体叶片进行人工接种研究.结果表明:⑴病原基在三种培养基上都能生长,但以15% T-Rye培养基效果最好,产孢量也最多;在Oat培养基上的情况比15% T-Rye稍差,孢子囊较瘦小,但由于Oat比15% T-Rye更容易获得,所以Oat培养基可用于保存晚疫病毒.PDA培养基效果较差,不适应扩繁用.⑵苗期接种所用的孢子囊悬浮液浓度为4000个/mL,根据第5天的发病情况进行抗性鉴定;离体叶片接种所用的孢子囊浓度为2000个/mL,根据第5天的发病情况进行抗性鉴定.
