钢板:07Mn2VNb(0.07%C,1.32%Mn,0.4Si,0.045V,0.027%Nb,0.017%S和0.013P)
240×1550mm→17×2190×1200mm
工艺:
板坯加热到1150℃;
粗轧机轧制9道次,轧成48~50mm的轧件,终轧温度为980~1000 ℃
8道次精轧到目标厚度,终轧温度为750~740 ℃;
空冷至850~840 ℃,避免低温水印,辊道上往返移动;
b>600MPa,s>470MPa,>23%,-15 ℃AKV>70J,-60℃AKV>51J,-15℃AKV>51J,-15℃DWTT落锤实验韧性断口大于85%
