这个题却有可疑之处：
一楼所说没错，关系代词在从句中作主语时,通常用who
但另有一条规则是：当先行词被only修饰时，通常用that，而不是who
一楼的链接资料很完美，不过：
链接给出的例子正好相反
Who’s the boy that is reading a book? 正在看书的这个男孩是谁？（that 指人，作主语），
是因为
