如果句子后面1958前面没有加in的话,应该选A,那么when引导的就是时间状语,
但是句子最后是in 1958,所以that引导的定语从句表示限定the first time

强调句型的结构为：It is / was … that … 。如果被强调的是人，可用who代替that。如果被强调的是时间状语、地点状语或原因状语，则一般都用that。
