为了强调only及其所修饰的状语(通常是副词、介词短语或从句),则将它们移到句首,句中的主谓作部分倒装.如:
Only then did we realize that the man was blind.
直到那时我们才发现那个人是盲人.
全部倒装是只将句子中的谓语动词全部置于主语之前.此结构通常只用与一般现在时和 一般过去时
全部倒装的句型结构的主语必须是名词,如果主语是人称代词则不能完全倒装.所以C错
D时态错了,这里不是过去的过去,不用过去完成时.
