到了还是没有理解句中“over

还是 over 2 限定了一个从2到total number of cylinders 的一个范围?
比如 total number of cylinders是10
按照第一种理解,就是计数器使得ID增加10,这个10大于2
按照第二种理解,就是计数器使得ID增加一个数,这个数大于2小于10
到底哪种理解是对了呢?
或者正确的理解应该是其他意思呢?
