“为什么你不回复我的电子邮件,而且这么长时间也不解决这个问题?”
Why don't you reply to my e-mail,nor to solve this problem so long time?——这个翻译有没有语法问题.
我看有朋友说why don't you有“建议”的意思；这句话我想责问老外,强调他为什么不回我的邮件.
是该用“why do not you”还是“Why you do not”,翻译一下这句话,do not you”和“why do you not”还有“Why You do not”三个的区别.

“why do not you”一般语气
“why do you not”强调“不”
“Why You do not”错,不和规范
另外,nor to solve this problem so long time,应为：
nor to solve this problem for such a long time.
so 后面不跟名词短语

why do not you...基本没人用的..因为和why don't you没有多少区别..都是建议的语气
why you do not是比较一般语气吧

应该是why do you not这个是质问的语气
why do not you...基本没人用的..因为和why don't you没有多少区别..都是建议的语气
why you do not是比较一般语气吧
我的建议是why do you not reply (to) my e-mail, nor to solve this problem for such a long time

疑问句（不管是否是责问）的话，用why do not you, 另外可以所写成why not do sth 表示建议，如： why not go to a movie?

Why You do not 看到也有用的，好像就是一般建议
why do not you 用的比较多，建议方式。
