f(x)=1/2*(1-cos2x)+sin2x+3/2*(1+cos2x)+m=2+cos2x+sin2x+m=2+根号2*cos(2x-π/4)+m
因为最大值为根号2-1,所以2+m=-1,m=-3
周期T=2π/2=π,单调増区间：-π+2kπ

= （sin ² x + cos ² x）+ sin 2x + 2 cos ² x - 1 + 1 + m
= 1 + sin 2x + cos 2x + 1 + m
