我个人认为没必要加个maybe，你可以直接说It's my mother's birthday on October 5th.你上面说的有点罗嗦，并且重点是母亲的生日。给你个建议，在回答这些问题的时候要用十分肯定的语气，口语要求简练，不要想太复杂
