这整篇文章都是过去时 虽然everyone 是第三人称单数 但不是也要用过去时吗?

when a beauty（who is） dressed up in lovely clothing reads poems（which is） in memory of the poet ,everyone holds their breath
当一个穿着可爱衣服的美女念起缅怀诗人的诗的时候,每个人都屏住了呼吸.
看一下括号里面的who is和which is,这里的dressed不是动词啊,它是和up连用在一起表状态的,is作为be动词和who一起被省略了
所以is reads holds 是没有错的
