为什么只有Middle East前面+the,而其他几个没有the,还是漏加了

就是这么表达的 没有错误the Middle East是一个完整的词 表示中东 是一个名词 不能少了the
china,South Asia,Europe这些词不需要加the
同样的还有the great wall
the worldwar two
