e made up of是”由什么组成”．The machine is made up of the computer,the screen and the mouse.
be made of是”由什么制作的（并且看得出原材料是什么）”
The table is made of wood.
be made from是”由什么制作的（但是看不出原材料是什么）”
The glass is made from stone.
