都是对的,但注意,spend后必须接doing,即He spent some money buy the goods.
是错的,应该为He spent some money（in） buying the goods.

如果用paid改写呢？答案是He paid some money to shopkeeper.我没说清楚是用paid造句。。。。但我没学过pay to啊 只学过pay for

嗯，pay to 也有，但很少用。一般用pay for。 用法：pay money for sth pay money to sb。
