kind of 的用法. 口语中见到不少 意思多样很难理顺.?

kind of有两个意思：
1、某种种类的东西
2、口语里面带有“有一点”的意思
what kind of fish are they?这句是1
I'm feeling kind of tired.这句是2
Game hands is a one kind of Tenovaginitis.这句是1
the substitution of one kind of payment for another 这句是1
I feel capable of handling this kind of affair.这句是1

1.类型，种类的意思。如1.3.4.5句都是这个意思。
2.有一点的意思，如2句。（我感到有点累）

大概就两种吧，一种是作量词，种啊类啊这样的，另一种就是程度副词，一点些微的意思吧
