标准翻译：如果在科学家的论文中所反应出的对于标准模板的遵守和认同正是其所想得到的话，那么管理层就不该因歧视研究者中的"思维与众不同的人"，喜欢其中较为传统的"善于团队合作"的思想者而受到指责了
我翻译的有点狗屎，见笑了，我不明白的地方有两处f regularity and conformity to astandard pattern are as desirable to the scientist as the writing of his paperswould appear to reflect这句话的句式结构是怎么理解的，我感觉我翻译的虽然和标准翻译看起来差不多，但是仔细一读意思完全不一样，标准翻译的意思说成白话就是：这个标准模板已经在科学家的论文中体现出来了，而且是他（管理者）所需要的，确定这个标准模板已经体现出来了
但是我写的翻译意思却是：如果标准模板在科学家的论文里出现是他（管理者）所需要的，但是现在是不是体现出来了呢？不知道
第二个是后面说的管理者不应该为什么而受到责备，这个不应该是哪个词次体现出来的？我只看到了 因…而受到责备 的意思
