What qualities does a boss look for First of all,you should have an altitude that you are motived to do this job even you don't really enjoy it.That is the quality called motivation.Motivation is the one drives you getting involed instead of being pushed to do the job.Boss is the one who wants you to act more activitly so you can share more pressure.Secondly,you should have a good habit that you can follow the instrction.Instruction is like rules that you have to obey to get the destiny.Doing whatever you want while the boss is thinking the opposite is definitely dangerous.Though,sometimes you think your thinking has more prospect than the boss's ,tried to do what the boss aked first.Because the boss may have his own reason,and he cant be more expecting his own company being better than you.Secondly,being responsible for all your behavior.You are an adult,dont expect your mistake can be fixed easily by making excuses.No excuses or simply ignoring for your mistakes.Taking them more responsiblely.Thinking twice before doing it will do a lot help especially when you are being aggresive.Also,(as listed above) exceeding expectation,becoming self-disciplined and staying healthy are important to you
