As for the old people themselves,they should not always depend on others,but do all that they can to enjoy their twilight.
后半句that 是干什么的?can后面为什么有to啊?
can后面是不是有个do省略了啊？

all 后面that 引导定语从句.can 后面省略了do,因为前面已经有do了,can后面的to 是不定式作目的状语

that 后的从句是做all的同位语，作解释说明，that they can是从句，but这句的主干是do all to enjoy
