第1个句子改为：
If evidence shows that ...
evidence shows "证据表明",其中evidence 是不可数名词,相当于information,且是泛指的,故不用定冠词the
第2个句子改为：
..,making riding a bicycle on the road dangerous
make sth.+ 形容词（作宾补）,所以删除become；riding bicycle 之间应该有不定冠词a

make 不是表语。 在句子中，making 表述伴随，后面跟宾语riding a bicycle，然后是宾补dangerous

which has made = making，但书面表达以简洁为原则，所以 making 更好。 become 属于多余。例如： We are trying to make our country more beautiful. 在more之前可以加上become，但是实际上没有必要。

第一句没什么问题，除了 running on 可能是无意中连在一起了，要分开写外，别的没问题，再就是这个句子并没完，但是这个是你省略了，不算错。

第二句 有半句要改一下。因为你用的making...这样的分词结构，看起来像是一个表示伴随动作的结果状语，但是因为making的逻辑主语不可以是 the number，所以不对。 我把它改成一个非限定性的定语从句：
the n...

第一个，if条件状语从句，没问题。
第二个， bicycle应该是bicycles。 dangerous前面加上more
