1、不能.因为that引导的是定语从句,that就是定语从句的主语了,加个they就重复了.
2、不能.the way前面其实省略了介词in,这是老美经常用的用法：经常把in the way前面的介词in省掉.如You can do anything the way you like it.另外through是“从中穿透”的意思,不能用在way上,跟way搭配的介词多是in和on.
3、不能.all that中的that其实是可以省略的,因为它是定语从句的关系代词,代指的就是all,也就是that you have done=you have done that.而what和whatever引导的是名词性从句（如主语从句、宾语从句、表语从句等）,因此可以把all改成what,但不能all跟what同时使用.
4、不能.原因类似于第2个问题,anyway前面其实也是省略了in的,anyway连写就相当于in any way,表示“以任何方式”,这是介词短语作状语,而whatever引导的是名词性从句（该从句整体相当于一个名词）,而名词是不能作状语的.因此,要用whatever可以这样说：you can write whatever you like in the paper 或者在write 后面加个in也行.至于为什么,请您根据前面的分析举一反三,如果仍不懂请给我留言.
