discussed 过去分词作定语,与the problem 关系是被动关系.这里没有正在进行意思,所以不用being discussed.
seated 过去分词作定语,seat动词是及物动词,后面常带有oneself宾语,如果没有,考虑用 be seated ,非谓语选择时,用seated.
