other,theother,others的区别是什么

1)泛指（三者或三者以上中的另一个,用another（可接单数可数名词）.如:
This glass is broken.Get me another.这个杯子坏了,给我另拿一个来.(在许多杯子中的一个)
2) 一定范围内或两个人(物)中,特指剩下的“另一个”用the other（可接单数可数名词）,特指“剩下的那些”,用the other+复数可数名词.
3) 一定范围内三者或三者以上,泛指“另一个”,用another.
4) 表示在一个范围内的其他全部,用the others=the other+复数可数名词.如:
This dictionary is better than the others/the other dictionaries.这本字典比别[其余]的好.
5) 泛指别的人或物时,用others.即当在一定范围内,除去一部分后,剩余部分但不是全部时,也用others.如：
Some cleaned the windows,others swept the floor.有的擦窗户,有的扫地.
