Since the consumer considers the best fruit to be that which is the most attractive,the grower must provide products that satisfy the discerning eye.
这里面that which是不是有点问题呢?我看了半天没有打错.

先翻译一下：因为消费者认为最好的水果应该是最吸引人的,所以种植者必须提供可以让那些有眼力的人满意的产品.
that which没有问题,that是动词不定式to be的宾语,代替the best fruit,which是定语从句的关系词,修饰that.
这种结构确实不多见,但很地道.老外喜欢写这种随意性很强的句子.
