Marketing mix 是企业应付和赢得竞争的有效手段,是协调企业内部各部门工作的纽带,是企业合理分配营销预算的依据.从制定产品策略入手,同时制定价格、促销及分销渠道策略,组合成策略总体,以便达到以合适的商品、合适的价格、合适的促销方式,把产品送到合适地点的目的.企业经营的成败,在很大程度上取决于这些组合策略的选择和它们的综合运用效果.
市场营销组合是指企业针对目标市场特点和要求,综合运用企业可控制因素,实行最佳组合,以达到企业经营目标的整体营销活动.
企业可控制因素包括:产品(Product)、价格(Price)、销售渠道(Place)、促销(Promotion).
市场营销组合特点:
1、市场营销组合因素具有可控性
2、市场营销组合具有动态性
市场营销组合是随着市场环境的变化和企业可控因素的变化而变化的动态的多次组合.
3、市场营销组合具有复合性:
 企业的市场营销组合既包括企业可控因素产品、价格、渠道、促销的整体组合,同时还包括每个可控因素内部的次组合.这种适应市场环境和消费需求的次组合,是企业最佳整体营销组合的基础.
4.市场营销组合要受企业市场定位战略的制约,即根据市场定位战略设计、安排相应的市场营销组合.
企业营销管理者正确安排营销组合对企业营销的成败有重要作用:
  (1)可扬长避短,充分发挥企业的竞争优势,实现企业战略决策的要求;
  (2)可加强企业的竞争能力和应变能力,使企业力于不败之地;
  (3)可使企业内部各部门紧密配合,分工协作,成为协调的营销系统(整体营销),灵活地、有效地适应营销环境的变化

Marketing mix is a business deal and win the competition,effective means of coordinating the work of various departments within the bond,a reasonable allocation of corporate marketing budgets.Starting from the development of product strategy,and pricing,promotion and distribution channel strategy,combined into the overall strategy to achieve with the right products,right price,right marketing approach,the purpose of the product to the right place.Business success or failure depends largely on the choice of portfolio strategy and the integrated use of their results.
Marketing mix refers to the enterprise characteristics and requirements for the target market,the integrated use of corporate control factors,the implementation of the best combination to achieve the business objectives of the overall marketing activities.
Enterprises can control include:product (Product),price (Price),sales channel (Place),promotion (Promotion).
Characteristics of the marketing mix:
1,the marketing mix factors controllable
2,the dynamic nature of the marketing mix
Marketing mix,with changes in market conditions and business factors that control the dynamic changes of multiple combinations.
3,a compound of the marketing mix:
Corporate marketing mix elements of both companies controlled product,price,channel,promotion of the overall portfolio,but also includes within each sub-combination of controllable factors.This needs to adapt to market conditions and consumer sub-portfolio,the overall marketing mix is the best business basis.
4 marketing mix are subject to the constraints of the enterprise market positioning strategy,market positioning strategy that is based on the design and arrange the appropriate marketing mix.
