可以，不过还是有that较好。不过建议把seen改成read（记得用过去式的读音），seen的意思是你见过，是书的话就要用read。

当然可以啦！这里的that在句子中又不起到什么作用（翻译时，又不是没有它不行），少了这个词，这句话还可以存在，所以可以省略！
