Could you please not open the window?It's quite cold outside.
Could you please not turn on the lights?It's too bright already.
不常用,但不代表是错的.我在美国生活很多人都是这样说话的.可以说是比较口语.

Would you mind not opening the window 比 could you please not open the window? 要礼貌一点，但是意思是完全一模一样的。
