分词做定语,因为parking lot sale 和hold之间是被动关系,所以用过去分词.相当于parking lot sale which was held

后半句的意思是：在一家商店里举行的停车场大甩卖活动
held at a store 是修饰a specific parking lot sale
后半句也可以改成一个定语从句——a specific parking lot sale which is held at a store
