第一个doing修饰V,也就是状语语,doing实际上是伴随的动作,比如：
He sits in the chair watching TV.
第二个,which修饰前面的O或者前面的整个句子,which是定语从句.比如：
I like watching TV which is relaxing.

有道题是这么说的：

That I have little interest in art is not the fault of my parents, me to art exhibits and galleries from the time i was ten years old.

这个taking不对，但是为什么taking不能修饰parents？应该怎么改？

taking应该改成having taken吧。相当于who have taken me.....

那如果原句中的taking不变的话，那是不是taking 就是在修饰the fault了？

不是啊，take这个动作的发起者是parents，要修饰也是修饰parents啊。taking是主动，主语得是人啊！否则就是被动了

再问一句 The father and the son were watching Tv , sitting together.

和 Sitting together, the father and the son were watching tv. 应该是后者正确吧？不然的话sitting together就是在修饰Tv了吧？

其实你这个句子有点儿反了，这样的话就好多了 the father and the son were sitting together, watching TV. 这样的话watching tv就是伴随状语。伴随着sitting的状态

当 S V O, doing 时，doing一般是S发出的，是状语；
当 S V O which + 从句 时，从句修饰O或整个SVO，是定语从句。
碰到什么不符合这个规则的了吗？有道题是这么说的：
