本文在对海门市1961-2001年出现暴雨和大暴雨情况进行统计的基础上,分析了暴雨的主要天气气候特征,指出暴雨和大暴雨的月际变化特征与西太平洋副热带高压的季节性变化密切相关；从高空、地面形势两个方面总结了海门暴雨的预报着眼点；提出了暴雨灾害的防御对策.

Abstract
This article appeared in the years 1961-2001 Haimen torrential rains and heavy rain conditions on the basis of statistical analysis of the major weather and climate characteristics of heavy rain,storms and heavy rain that the inter-monthly variation and the West Pacific subtropical high is closely related to seasonal changes; from a height,the ground the situation summed up the two aspects of forecasting heavy rain Haimen focus; made rainstorm disaster prevention measures.
