摘要
本文从房屋建筑工程的质量控制的特点,质量控制的原则,质量控制的方法几个方面对房屋建筑工程的施工质量的控制进行了分析；并从质量因素的控制,质量阶段控制两个方面说明了全过程质量控制.建筑工程的施工周期长,在施工过程中,前后有大量相互衔接、互为前提的不同工序,不同专业的施工队伍在同一个施工作业面上进行共同作业,使施工组织复杂度相当高.施工进度控制是工程项目控制的四大管理目标之一.本文主要对影响建筑施工质量、进度的因素进行分析研究,指出了建筑施工工期延误的的原因,提出了保证建筑施工进度的建议及措施.

Construction cycle is long, in the construction process, and there is plenty to join each other, each other is the premise of different processes, different professional construction team in the same operation on the surface of joint operation, so that the construction of organizational complexity is very high. Construction progress control of engineering project control is the four major management goals. This paper focuses on the influence of construction quality, progress and factor analytical study, pointed out the construction period delay reason, put forward to ensure the construction schedule suggestions and measures.
