摘要
本文以硝酸铈和磷酸为原料,采用沉淀法制备磷酸铈纳米流体.利用XRD,TEM,SEM等手段,研究了反应物浓度、滴加方式、分散剂、搅拌方式、反应温度等条件对磷酸铈纳米流体性能的影响.
结果表明:采用沉淀法可制备磷酸铈纳米流体,所制备的磷酸铈为针状,直径约40-50nm,长度约1μm;反应物浓度为0.2M时,磷酸铈纳米流体的稳定性最好;加入分散剂CTAB,纳米流体的分散效果最好;超声搅拌效果要好于磁力搅拌;反应温度为35℃~40℃时,纳米流体的稳定性较好;磷酸铈纳米流体的黏度随固含量的增大而增大,同样固含量下加CTAB的磷酸铈纳米流体比不加的黏度要大.
