这个句子本身有错误,但不影响做题.答案是C.因为neither后面的句子必须用倒装句.
这个句子的意思是：没必要写好书,它们也不会对人的生活发生什么影响.（很奇怪的观点）
错误：influence on man's lives 没有on是不对的.
