what is important when applying for a job?

Curriculum vitae shows the experience I have in my field,which is important to those companies who needs skills.
In the interview I will show my true ability to the interviewer.Calmness is the key to the success .Never to nervous .
Maybe I don't look good,but a fresh clean look and active mind will leave them a good impression.
